On Sunday, January 5, 2025, La Volonté Association carried out a volunteer initiative in partnership with the Municipality of Metline and with the participation of civil society organizations, including the Tunisian Scouts in Metline and the Junior Chamber, alongside the presence of local chiefs and many citizens.
This activity marked the launch of the program agreed upon with the municipality to green the city of Metline throughout this year, by planting ornamental trees and plants each month. The first step took place yesterday with the planting of trees along the sidewalk adjacent to Primary School No. 2 in Metline. The project also included the Metline High School and the taxi station at the city’s main entrance.
