Municipalities (FNCT), the Training and Support Center for Decentralization (CFAD) funded by PCPA (Programme Concert\u00e9 Pluri-Acteurs Soyons Actifs\/Actives) and implemented by RESO (Relais pour l &#8216;\u00e9mergence d&#8217;une jeunesse bien organis\u00e9e), La Volont\u00e9 association participated on Saturday and Sunday the 5th and 6th of June 2021 in the second meeting of the program,
