On Saturday, September 7th, 2019, a regional workshop to introduce the third action plan of the “Open Governance Partnership” was organized by the Alliance for the Advancement of Renewable Energies and in partnership with La Volonté Association in
coordination with the municipality of Metlin and other associations from the region.
This initiative aims to enable the municipalities to include pledges that are consistent with the requirements concerning the
municipal region, the civilians registered in said region and the residents of the area.
