For the fifth year in a row, La Volonté association distributed Ramadan aids for low-income families today, which included all of the city’s regions (Sidi Abdel Aziz, Ras Al-Zbib and Sidi Bouchoucha). In view of the exceptional circumstances that our country is going through, like other countries of the world due to the Coronavirus, and out of respect for quarantine procedures, and in order to protect the health of its members, the association, in coordination with the AZIZA store (branch of the Metline), purchased food aid remotely through the E-commerce application provided by the company to its clients that enables them to pay for their purchases online. They also ensured that all aids were delivered to their owners by car after sterilization and in coordination with our association, in order to reduce physical contact with citizens.
This initiative will continue throughout the month of Ramadan, and on this occasion, La Volonté association extends its gratitude to all donors and to the workers of the AZIZA shop, the branch of Matelin.
We hope that everyone’s safe and is respecting the quarantine procedures, sterilization and prevention measures.
