As part of its project “Metline Schools, Model Schools”, and within the framework of the agreement signed with the Regional Delegation of Education in Bizerte, the association continues to contribute to the maintenance of schools this year. Up to now, interventions have taken place at Primary School No. 1 as follows:
- Maintenance of the sanitary facilities for both boys and girls, including the replacement of pipes, repair of toilets, and treatment and restoration of the iron doors.
- Maintenance of the drinking water taps in the schoolyard.
- Repair of visible cracks in the walls of the school’s inner courtyard.
- Contribution to the provision of water-based paint and painting of several classrooms and their front façades.
We will keep you updated on the progress of the remaining work at this school and the other schools in Matline.
